What You’ll Need Before You Submit
To complete your Digital Seating Chart intake, please have the following ready:
- Couple’s names
- Wedding or event date
- Venue name
- Wedding colors or theme
- Guest list organized by table
- Correct spelling of all guest names
- Any design inspiration or special notes
Important Timing Reminder
Final guest names and table assignments must be submitted at least 14 days before your event. One complimentary revision round is included. Additional revision rounds are $25 each. Changes requested within 7 days of the event may be subject to a $40 rush update fee.
