These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Char Bridals website and services offered by Char Bridals LLC (“Char Bridals,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, booking an appointment, requesting services, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Char Bridals is an appointment-only bridal boutique offering services that may include:

• Bridal gown appointments
• Bridal styling assistance
• Bari Jay bridesmaid styling and order support
• Photo booth rentals
• Digital seating charts
• Wedding and event-related digital design services
• Related bridal, wedding, and event services

Services may be booked, paid for, or managed through our website, Square, Check Cherry, invoices, contracts, email, or other approved communication methods.

Appointment-Only Studio

Char Bridals operates by appointment only. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may reduce your appointment time or require rescheduling.

Bridal Appointments

Bridal appointments are designed to provide a private, personal experience. Gown availability, sizes, styles, and pricing may vary. Char Bridals does not guarantee that a specific gown, size, designer, style, or color will be available unless confirmed in writing.

Bridesmaid Styling and Orders

Bridesmaid gown availability, pricing, sizing, colors, fabrics, and delivery timelines may depend on designer availability and order deadlines. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, size selections, style selections, color selections, and order details.

Special orders, bridesmaid orders, and designer orders may be subject to separate payment terms, production timelines, cancellation terms, and designer policies.

Photo Booth Rentals

Photo booth rentals may be subject to separate proposals, contracts, deposits, retainers, payment schedules, cancellation terms, rescheduling terms, setup requirements, power requirements, venue requirements, overtime fees, travel fees, damage policies, and other event-specific terms.

A booking is not confirmed until the required payment, signed agreement, or written confirmation has been completed.

Digital Seating Chart Services

Digital seating chart services may include a custom digital seating chart, guest names organized by table, QR code access, a mobile-friendly chart, and a matching printable QR code sign/card, depending on the package purchased.

Unless otherwise stated, the Basic Digital Seating Chart includes:

• One proof
• One complimentary revision round
• Guest names organized by table
• QR code for guest access
• Simple mobile-friendly chart
• Matching printable QR code sign/card

Final guest names and table assignments must be submitted at least 14 days before the event. Customers are responsible for providing accurate guest names, spelling, table assignments, venue details, and event information.

One complimentary revision round is included. All spelling corrections, guest updates, table changes, and design edits must be submitted at one time after the first proof.

Additional revision rounds are $25 each.

Changes requested within 7 days of the event may be subject to a $40 rush update fee.

Major restructuring after the design has been created, including reorganizing multiple tables or redesigning the chart style, may require an additional design fee starting at $50.

Digital seating chart services do not include RSVP management, creating table assignments from scratch, printed signage, or unlimited revisions unless separately purchased.

Customer-Provided Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, wedding dates, event dates, guest lists, table assignments, design preferences, venue details, and service selections.

Char Bridals is not responsible for delays, errors, misspellings, incorrect table assignments, or service issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, late, or missing customer-provided information.

Payments

Payments may be processed through Square, Check Cherry, invoices, or other approved payment methods. Payment terms may vary by service.

Some services may require a deposit, retainer, partial payment, or full payment before work begins or before a booking is confirmed. Deposits or retainers may be non-refundable depending on the service, contract, or written agreement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by service. Appointment cancellations, photo booth rentals, bridesmaid orders, special orders, digital services, and event-related services may each have different timelines, fees, or refund rules.

If a separate contract, invoice, proposal, or written agreement applies to your service, that document may include additional terms.

Digital Products and Services

Digital products and services may be delivered by email, download link, online gallery, QR code, file upload, or another digital method. Due to the custom nature of digital services, refunds may not be available once work has begun, a proof has been delivered, or final files have been provided, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Third-Party Platforms

Char Bridals may use third-party platforms including Square, Check Cherry, Lovable, Google Forms, Jotform, email, phone, SMS, or social media platforms. Use of third-party platforms may be subject to those platforms’ own terms, privacy policies, and payment policies.

Char Bridals is not responsible for technical issues, outages, payment errors, delays, or data practices caused by third-party platforms.

Website Content

All website content, including text, images, graphics, designs, branding, logos, service descriptions, and digital materials, is owned by or licensed to Char Bridals unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

Customer Photos and Marketing

Customer photos, testimonials, wedding images, event images, or feedback may be used for marketing only when permission or consent has been provided. If you would like an approved photo or testimonial removed from future marketing, please contact us.

No Professional Advice

Information on our website is provided for general business and service information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Char Bridals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, bookings, third-party platforms, customer-submitted errors, event changes, or service delays.

Our liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service, unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to Services or Terms

Char Bridals may update website content, services, pricing, policies, and these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
